This project was much more difficult for me than the previous ones.  It was important to adhere to the required measurements and took some time.  I wanted to use the face of the artist to reach people who may already be fans.  I used only his first name as the title to entice possible buyers. I did not want the cover to be too dull with just a black and white photo so I added the Father of Jazz.  As Jellyroll Morton proclaimed that he was. I did need to crop the photo of the artist. I added text in different fonts and colors to make the cover more interesting.  I did the same with the spine and the back.  I kept the photo of the piano in color so the book wouldn't be dull, but I am second guessing that choice and maybe should have went B&W.  The piano photo needed to be cropped and resized.  I included some information about myself, the author, on the back of the book.
